SHIPPING POLICY

 

Once you have placed your order online, we will take between 1 and 3 days to process your order and have it collected by one of our delivery partners.  Most deliveries happen within 2-3 days but can take up to 3-5 days if you are in an outlying area.

To main city centre, delivery typically takes 1-3 working days, but can take up to 5 days.  

If you live in an outlying area, delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. 

You will receive a notification email once your order has been collected and is on its way to you.  The email will include your order details and tracking number.

Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout according to your delivery address.  Please make sure that your postal code is correct as this is what determines the delivery charge.
